How to Use: All Star Primer

Suggested directions:

1. Shake well before use. 
2. Moisturize your face before use. 
3. Use a pea-sized amount and apply evenly all over your face and eyes using your fingertips. 
4. Apply face and eye makeup directly after applying primer. 
5. For oily and combination skin, apply extra primer to areas that tend to produce more oil.
