We're happy to accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Email support@vasanticosmetics.com to start your return or exchange. We may ask for photos of the product and its original packaging, so please keep them until you've contacted us.

No. We are a cruelty-free brand. We test on ourselves and a panel of volunteers to make sure our products are safe for sensitive skin.

Yes, all our products are 100% Vegan. You can find the full ingredient list on each product page.

Yes. Since 2015, every product shipped from our Canadian warehouse has been paraben free.

Several of our products are gluten free (see the product description), but we can't guarantee they're made in gluten-free facilities.

Yes. Our foundation and concealer products are oil-free and non-comedogenic: they won't clog pores.

Every product includes natural ingredients. Our products do contain preservatives, because they're the best way to protect against microbial growth, both for your safety and to keep the product working as it should.

We avoid known allergens where we can, but every skin is different, so patch test anything new. Apply a small amount (as directed) to the inside of your elbow, behind your ear or a small area of your neck, and wait 24 to 72 hours. If you see redness, swelling, itching or burning, stop using it.

We condemn child labour and forced labour and use only ethically sourced mica. Our raw-material suppliers and manufacturers have given us written declarations that neither is used in mining or processing the mica we buy.

We manufacture our products in the following countries: Canada (85%), Germany / Czechoslovakia (10%), Japan (0.5%, makeup wipes) and China (5%, makeup brushes).
