My favoriate Waterline Pencil
Vasanti is my all time favorite waterline eyeliner. Never has irritated my eyes. Others complain about transfer from upper to lower lid when applying, but I love this, it lines my lower waterline and then I simply apply a little more to the upper line.

I love this eye liner!
This is the only eyeliner I’ll use. I have 4 of them…2 black and two dark brown. It doesn’t make my eyelashes sore and stays in place very well
