How to Use

Perfect Waterline liner
This is the first truly perfect waterline liner. Easy to apply and it stays in place. I used it and forgot it until my granddaughter commented on how great my eyes looked. I purchased the Slate Grey and plan on purchasing a violet and/or blue in near future.

Got it — here's a professionally written negative review for a waterliner pen where the issue is that the pen does not roll and makes it seem like there’s more product than there actually is:

Disappointed — Misleading Design
I was really excited to try this waterliner, but I ended up pretty disappointed. The pen doesn't roll or twist up like you'd expect, which makes it hard to tell how much product is actually inside. At first glance, it looks like you're getting a full stick, but once you start using it, you realize there's barely any product. For the price, I expected better transparency and a more functional design. Wouldn’t repurchase.
