How to Use

Ultra-creamy eyeliner pencil

To target the waterline, use the perfectly designed tip to trace the bottom rim of your lashes, smoothing to the corner and back. Got it — here's a professionally written negative review for a waterliner pen where the issue is that the pen does not roll and makes it seem like there’s more product than there actually is:

Disappointed — Misleading Design
I was really excited to try this waterliner, but I ended up pretty disappointed. The pen doesn't roll or twist up like you'd expect, which makes it hard to tell how much product is actually inside. At first glance, it looks like you're getting a full stick, but once you start using it, you realize there's barely any product. For the price, I expected better transparency and a more functional design. Wouldn’t repurchase.

Great for Mature Eyes
Glides on easily with no pulling for 72-year-old eyelids. Lasts all day with deep pigments. Love it for the waterline, and LOVE the retractable style as I hate sharpening eyeliner pencils. My new favorite thing!
